Juncos are back

SnowFlake on it's Beak

The junco‘s are back and I’ve seen them hopping and a bopping on the ground all over our yard.  This year we can see this part of the yard because last spring we put in “THE” best buy and install so far.  Our new (to us) $115. double pane lowe high altitude Pella full size, opens both ways Window.  Full length floor to ceiling

We LOVE our new window.

we’ve been looking out this window all Spring of 2011 and Summer of 2011, Fall of 2011 and now finally Winter of 2011.  We are loving our Sugar Shack

And now we have our very own, paid for window, to enjoy the forest around us through out the seasons.

Oh, I do love those juncos! I haven’t seen any yet this fall. How wonderful to have this new window to look upon the world. 🙂

Thanks Katie and welcome. Juncos come through here all year, but it seems that winter is their very favorite time to stick around. right now there must be a flock flying south and scattering little families along the way or something. Not sure how all that works, but it fascinates me.
And as for my new window, I am in love thats for sure.
    peace n abundance,

And I forgot to say that I love these photos. I love how they look all plump and bracing against the cold in the first and third shots. And I love the perspective/composition in the 2nd photo. Just really nice photos. Glad to meet another Northern New Mexico blogger! 🙂 Have a great weekend!
