WoWza, RedBubble is awesome

wild blue square

I’ve been on now for less than a year and it’s an awesome site.  It’s free, it’s friendly and it’s easy to use.  They are constantly trying to make using their site to showcase and sell your work, easier all the time.   The card I bought thru them was soooooo thick and nice.  What wonderful quality.   There are over 1700 groups you can add you photographs, artwork, writing and tee-shirts.  Yeah did I mention that you can make and design tee-shirts to sell on RedBubble?  If you are a writer, they have tons of groups for all kinds of your thoughts, poems, short stories.  And the fellow artists are wonderfully responsive to newbies, oldies and everyone in between.  Give them a look and tell me what you think, or better yet go visit and leave me a comment.  (Everyone loves comments).  The  group  called New Mexico has just added three of my photos on the feature page (for that group) at one time.

ps. I wrote a journal entry about the ‘Gift Tags’ controversy and tagging over @ RedBubble. Check it out and let me know what you think.

I wish I could say I found it by some tricky method but it was just a Google Alert on the word “RedBubble” which keeps me up to date with what is being written in the blogosphere. Anyway do enjoy your time on RedBubble. I have a put a link back to this page from our “press section” (will help your page rank).

I agree with you on RedBubble being awesome! I’ve been a member for 14 months (Dec 2009). The quality of work constantly delights me. No two people see the same thing the same way, or at the same time of day, so nothing’s identical. I appreciate the support the Site gives us, and the support the Members give to each other. And I’ve seen the quality of my art really get better from looking at other people’s art, “listen” to them talk about their techniques, ask them in public or non public forums for advice, etc.. It’s amazing.
    Simple to find, isn’t it.
Oh, and CheyAnne’s art is fabulous! Go see it for sure!!

  11. CheyAnne Sexton Says:

Oh dayonda, you are so right about my art getting better. Just the ideas that come to light in my own files and maybe how to look at something differently. Thanks for visiting my blog and hopefully your link is for your actual site.
    peace n abundance,

Thanks for writing about your experience at redbubble. I am looking to expand beyond etsy and wanted to learn more about redbubble. A google search for it brought me by your blog. Great writing and very wonderful photography. I enjoyed finding you.

  13. CheyAnne Sexton Says:

BellaDaze, Thank you for all the wonderful compliments and comments. I was on etsy, but it’s hard to compete with all the photos over there amongst so much wonderful handmade stuff. I haven’t had any luck selling anything at Red Bubble , but it’s a great community of fellow artists
    peace n abudance

The hipe that is every where you go and see at Redbubble The many different artist that review your work is fantastic. I am going on in years and restarted art forty seven years after breaking away from art to work and support my family. Not until 2003 did I regain the ability to do my art 24/7. The fellow reviewing artist keeps my WOW in my art and gkeeps me creating on. David

I would love to hear from you, thanks. I also really enjoy knowing how you came across my little piece of this world wide web we live in...
