Rose,
I was going to email you and thought I would post about it instead so others can have a look-see if they want. (or maybe order one themselves). This is close to done. Detail in the window area of course (it has to have the steering wheel and back window) and the closest headlamp in almost there. A few more details to wrap up and it’s off to my professional photographer to have it’s picture taken so I can offer wonderful giclees of all sizes. What a fun, fun, bright painting this is. I will soon have giclees for sale, just let me know what size you would like and I can invoice you and get them out within 2-4 days from order.
What a wonderful piece for your child’s room or heck how about your room? Easter is coming and this would be a wonderful surprise from the Easter Bunny.
I miss it already and it’s only getting it’s picture taken and then it’s off to it’s new home in Texas, where everything is large and this will fit right in.

My honey made me my very own great big semi-round painting desk. And I’ve been a very busy girl ever since
(now you know why I’ve been absent).
I started my own watercolour painting of this Old Blue Chevy in the Field

Plus I’ve been working on a commission of a very large 22×30 peacock watercolor. Photos to come after my client approves it and I get it shipped out. Very fun and super colorful. It’s based on this little image I had for sale as well. there seems to be a run on peacocks.

Durango, Colorado with the "La Platas"
I’ve been trying ot copy a blog I did about this painting back in 2009. I love this piece. I Adore this little painting I created one year for Christmas gifts to family and very close friends. It was fun and inspiring to paint each scene the same, yet different. I love painting again. And this little guy has become a fast favorite on my Store on Esty
