Durango, Colorado with the "La Platas"

I’ve been trying ot copy a blog I did about this painting back in 2009.  I love this piece.  I Adore this little painting I created one year for Christmas gifts to family and very close friends.  It was fun and inspiring to paint each scene the same, yet different.  I love painting again. And this little guy has become a fast favorite on my Store on Esty

Juncos are back

October 28, 2011

SnowFlake on it's Beak

The junco‘s are back and I’ve seen them hopping and a bopping on the ground all over our yard.  This year we can see this part of the yard because last spring we put in “THE” best buy and install so far.  Our new (to us) $115. double pane lowe high altitude Pella full size, opens both ways Window.  Full length floor to ceiling

We LOVE our new window.

we’ve been looking out this window all Spring of 2011 and Summer of 2011, Fall of 2011 and now finally Winter of 2011.  We are loving our Sugar Shack

And now we have our very own, paid for window, to enjoy the forest around us through out the seasons.

When first I saw her this morning

September 4, 2011

When first I saw her this morning

I was captured in her glance

As I gazed upon her world

I began to see with mine own eyes

All there was to see

in the flat river valley below

El Salto in north-eastern New Mexico

and I am for-ever grateful.  Thank you
