Sun Setting from 8000 ft, northern New Mexico

I’ve been feeling very out of it these days, and I read somewhere on the net to watch the sunset and sunrise to get back in touch with feelings.  To trust that the sun will set and rise in the morning.

So I went out and watched the sun set from 7910 ft. elevation on this Earth

and then it dropped

I love where I live.

Beautiful images… and I think there is something about the sunset and sun rise views, it’s very soothing.

It’s a fact – the world keeps to its own schedule, no matter what’s happening in our world. It is comforting. I like watching the bird migrations and such for the same reason.

    And your photos are beautiful!

We did see a flock of birds last week and I love those sitings. We are close enough to the water ways to get lots of activity round here
