I so love this painting. I think about a year ago I was watching a gal on YouTube named Vinita Pappas paint a little garlic 6 stroke video and I was soooo inspired to paint my own little painting of 6 strokes, this one is probally 12, but I did it and today, after over a 1000 views

Oh well, se la vie, Ka sa-ra sa-ra, what ever will be will,
I am ready and pumped to paint on my brand new painting table….tomorrow. My honey-man built it for me this past week and I’ve been slowing setting it up. Tomorrow is my Saturday and we go NOWHERE. It is snowy and we are socked in and I am painting.

Beautiful piece! Beautiful painting! I love depression glass – my mom collected it, although she liked pink better than green.
I had a friend who painted – mostly flowers. She sometimes put them in vases, and she said glass was the very hardest to paint. Personally, I think she’d be jealous of your decanter! It looks very “glassy” to me!
